Delivery We ship to addresses in Malaysia. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and are free above the amount stated there. Orders are packed after payment is confirmed, usually within 1 to 3 working days, and you will receive the tracking number once your parcel is sent. Wrong size or item If your item is the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. We will exchange it for another size, subject to stock. Damaged or wrong item If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it in full. Refunds Approved refunds are paid back to the account you paid from within 7 working days.
